The location of this session was a first for me, Chimney Rocks Park in Hollidaysburg, PA. The park is named after the limestone pillars along the ridge that resemble chimney stacks.
By no means was this an easy location to shoot at but it was well worth the journey. The trek to the top was a long and steep hike. I came prepared wearing sneakers but was astonished to find that Sarah was brave enough to make the climb in her sandals. I had to stop along the way to get a few images(stop and catch my breath!). As we walked down the the mountain at the conclusion of the session, there was a perfect bend and foliage frame that made me stop in my tracks. The image above was captured in the perfect location creating such a beautiful photo. I'm so glad I have clients willing to be adventurous.
